We Welcome you to apply for a wholesale account

Our commitment to you is to always provide a positive customer service experience so we can have a mutally beneficial wholesale relationship.  Please read through the following terms that must be agreed upon before a wholesale relationship can be created.

• Our products are intended for retail sale only, at our MSRP prices and not at a constant discounted amount [For example, we do not sell to discount stores].  [although you can have occasional sales if you wish].

• You must provide your current year sales tax id registration notice to prove your a legit retail business.

• If you're located in Michigan, you will be required to fill out MDOT form 3372 - Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption BEFORE we will do business with you.  We can assist you with this.

• We can be flexible on order minimums, but typically stand at a minimum overall total of 50 pieces for boutique stores and 2 pallets for larger stores.

• You pay shipping, however, we will ship additional products to you, that when sold, will cover your shipping paid.

• We only ship within the 48 US States.

• We free deliver locally, within a 10 mile radius of Lake Orion.  Otherwise, you can pay shipping or you're welcome to pick-up your order from our home store location.  We will need to have order placed and paid in advanced.

• We will advertise our relationship on our website and social media.  We will post each time we ship, and we're happy to share your in-store events on our social media!  Just contact us with details!

• We will be available to you and work with you to take care of your needs.  We appreciate your feedback as well.

• We may or may not private label for you.  It depends on your unique circumstance and agreements we make.  Because we hand make our labels, this may not be cost effective for us.  We will determine on an individual basis.

• Under no circumstance will our products be shipped without payment cleared first.  Payment due upon ordering. Credit is accepted, with a 3% add on fee.

• We have the right to exclude or deny a partnership with whomever we choose, for whatever reason, at any time.  You have this same right to terminate our relationship as well.

• We reserve the right to be flexible with our terms, so as to best create a beneficial working wholesale relationship with you. 

• We are upfront with you and will sell all of our products at keystone.  There are no price tiers.  We are REAL priced, as low as we can go, right from the start.
